Their investment objective is to generate current income and capital appreciation primarily through debt investments in U.S. middle market companies, which they define as companies with approximately $25 to $100 million of EBITDA annually.
The investments include first lien senior secured loans (which may include stand-alone first lien loans, first lien/last out and “unitranche” loans) and second lien senior secured loans, with the balance of the assets invested in higher yielding investments (which may include unsecured debt, mezzanine debt and investments in equities).
